Extended Navigation Limit 1: Florida and Bahamas
This territory includes the following:
- The Atlantic coastal waters, south of 40 degrees North Latitude
- Intra-coastal waters and inland waters between the St. Lawrence River and Key West, Florida, including the Dry Tortugas and the Gulf Coast,
- The “Mississippi Inland Waterway” and the coastal and Gulf Intra-coastal waters from Louisiana to Florida.
For the purpose of this Extension, the term “Mississippi Inland Waterway” includes the Ohio River, Tennessee River, Cumberland River, Black Warrior River, and Tombigbee Waterway.
If your vessel is Canadian Flagged and Registered, ask your Harbour Insurance Broker about coverage for Cuba and it’s territorial waters.
Extended Navigation Limit 2: North & East Caribbean
- The North and Eastern Caribbean Sea from the Turks and Caicos Islands to Trinidad and Tobago
Extended Navigation Limit 3: South & West Caribbean*
- Sail the Southern and Western Caribbean Sea including:
- Venezuela,
- The Lesser Antilles,
- Columbia,
- Panama to the Gulf of Mexico,
- Does not include the Panama Canal.
Extended Navigation Limit 4: Bermuda
The Island of Bermuda.
Canadian West Coast navigational territories
Personal boats and pleasure craft can be used only within Coastal Waters of British Columbia, Puget Sound and adjacent waters (not to navigate coast of Washington South of 48 degree N), Southeastern Alaska and navigable Inland Rivers and Lakes of Continental North America.

Include: Oregon, California and Mexico on the Pacific
