Your Safe Harbour Broker can help you:
- Renew your policy
- Provide a copy of your policy
- Make changes to your policy
- Cancel your policy
Complete our Online Claims Form or report your claim to Harbour Insurance: 1.877.731.1224, Monday to Friday, between 9AM and 5PM (EST).
For Emergency After Hours Claims, call Coast Claims Service Ltd. after hours reporting center at 1.866.694.3111 and:
1. Report the claim with the following information:
- Your full name and phone number;
- Your Safe Harbour or Harbour insurance policy number;
- Describe what happened, where and when the loss occured;
- In case of theft, have you called the police;
- Give details of who was involved and if there were any injuries.
2. A representative will contact you to evaluate the damage/loss.
3. Receive a claims confirmation #. Your surveyor will work with you through the claims process.
