How to Report a Boat Insurance Claim
Complete our Online Claims Form below or report your claim to Safe Harbour Insurance: 1.877.731.1224, Monday to Friday, between 9 AM and 5 PM (EST).

You will be asked to provide:
- Your full name and phone number;
- Your Safe Harbour Insurance policy number;
- Describe what happened, where and when the loss occurred;
- In case of theft, have you called the police;
- Give details of who was involved and if there were any injuries.
A representative will contact you to evaluate the damage/loss.
Receive a claims confirmation number. Your assigned surveyor will work together with you through the claims process.
